This special cake is made to order as a suprise gift for a Grandma. Ube cake (or Purple Yam Cake) is her favourite and to make it more customized i was requested to add a Chinese character means "Longevity".
This Ube cake was made of fresh purple yam. One of my favourite exotic flavour for cakes.
It's so yummy!!
